A:  Unlike the primary home markets in Northern Virginia, North Carolina and Richmond, we have not had many foreclosures in Wintergreen Resort in the past two years.  So, we don’t have to keep a published list.  We still have some great opportunities to purchase a value-priced home or condo in the resort.  For those who have great to excellent credit, now is the time to buy in the resort or in Nelson County.  Lenders are looking for 20% down to purchase a second home or investment property.
