Aquatics and Fitness

Wintergreen Resort has exercise facilities and programs for all ability levels.  Programs and the facilities are available year-round.  Guests through the resort’s Home & Villa rental program are welcome to use any of the facilities.  Other resort guests only pay a minimal fee to use the Fitness & Aquatics Center.  There is also a minimal fee to enjoy fitness classes.

There is plenty of parking in the Aquatics and Fitness area or guests may take the Wintergreen Resort shuttle.

Exercise Facilities

The Fitness Center has a 12 station strength and conditioning circuit and free weights. Cardiovascular equipment including five treadmills, four stationary bicycles, one stair stepper and four body peak trainers.

Swimming Pools

The Wintergarden Spa and Fitness Center indoor pool is open year-round. All Wintergreen outdoor pools are open daily from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. Outdoor pools are located at the Aquatics & Fitness Center, Mountain Village (behind the Mountain Inn) and Stoney Creek Golf Course. For more information on pools call 434-325-8280.
