Lake Monocan is open during the Spring, Summer and Fall.  There are plenty of activities at the lake to keep you busy all day.  Bring a family picnic or pick up lunch or a snack at the Snack Bar.  During the Summer, you want to make sure that this resort amenity makes your list of activities.

Snack bar, paddleboats, canoes, inner tubes, kayaks, fishing equipment, standard road bike rentals, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball court, sand beach, lounge chairs, picnic area and outdoor charcoal grills are available. Some fees apply, towels not provided.

Lake Monocan is open weekends in May and September and daily Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Hours:

Lake Monocan Activities

The lake offers bikes, canoes, kayaks and paddle boats to rent. These are rented hourly. There is a 2-mile bike trail that follows the lake and the Stoney Creek Golf Course. Last rental goes out one hour before scheduled closing.  We also enjoy walking along the trails through Stoney Creek.  Lake Monocan is the perfect starting place for a scenic walk through the valley.
